Here is the latest update on White Nights of St Petersburg. I can’t believe it has been 3 months since I worked on it last, at least until I remembered how much I hate those houses. They take forever to do, and there are 6 more to go, after I finish the backstitching on this one. I guess I am going to try and stitch on this a little more often, and try and do it in baby steps so I don’t get so sick of it.
Next up-Queen of Hearts for the HAED SWIP SAL (wow-what an abbreviation nightmare!)

St Petersburg is looking fabulous!
I like your idea of baby steps when working on a section that you dislike. I have had that problem with a few pieces, and avoidance has usually been my approach. There’s not much progress that way

Those houses certainly look time consuming but they are worth it:) They are gorgeous.
